How to book a stay at Edinburgh-HolidayLetting.Com

TELEPHONE AND EMAIL BOOKINGS

Telephone bookings can be made 7 days per week from 09:30 to 17:00 BST.
Telephone and e-mail bookings will be held for up to seven days pending receipt of written confirmation and 25% non returnable deposit. Sterling cheques should be made payable to Teresa Burke

BOOKING ONLINE

Online payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal etc can be performed by selecting the desired week from the calendar below which will redirect you to a secure payment location. Enter your details and the payment can be processed to secure the booking.

Note : weeks are from Saturday to Saturday, please e-mail  info@edinburgh-holidayletting.com if you require different start days for your stay and will try our very best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation

Non payment of the balance of rental in advance will be deemed to be a cancellation of the booking. In the event of cancellation, we will endeavor to re-let. If we are successful your money will be refunded. If, however, we are unable to re-let, out policy is as follows:
Greater than 28 days notice - 10% cost
7 - 28 days notice - 50% of cost
Less than 7 days notice - 100% of cost
You can take out a simple travel / cancellation insurance policy to cover this.

CHECK-IN & out

To ensure that someone is here to welcome you, we would appreciate your estimated time of arrival.
Check in is available from 14:30.
Please vacate the apartment by 10:30 on your day of departure to allow us to prepare for the next arrivals.
Please report any damage, breakage or spillage immediately, so that we have the opportunity to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible. All breakages must be paid for.
